Need help?
In this section, you can address common questions efficiently.
What does your turnkey service include?
We take care of the entire process: from feasibility study and technical design, through management of permits, licenses, and grants, to equipment supply, professional installation, and commissioning. You only have to worry about enjoying the energy savings.
What grants and subsidies can we apply for?
Depending on your location and type of project, you can access various aids: NextGeneration European funds for self-consumption, deductions in personal income tax (up to 40% in some cases), property tax discounts (up to 50% for several years), and specific regional grants. At ISOEN, we take care of identifying all applicable aids for your case and processing them comprehensively.
How long does the entire process take?
The timeline varies depending on the complexity of the project. For a typical residential installation, the complete process (from the study to the commissioning) usually takes between 4-8 weeks. For industrial projects or solar plants, the timeline can extend to 3-6 months, mainly due to the time required for permit processing and grid connection.
What brands of equipment do you use?
We work exclusively with world-class manufacturers with extensive experience and solid warranties. We use panels from brands like SunPower, LONGi, or Jinko, and inverters from Huawei, Fronius, or SMA. All our equipment has European certifications and long-term performance warranties (up to 25 years on panels).
Do you offer post-installation maintenance service?
Yes, we offer operation and maintenance (O&M) services to ensure the maximum performance of your installation throughout its lifespan. This includes 24/7 remote monitoring, scheduled preventive maintenance, panel cleaning, and quick technical service for any incidents.
How does project financing work?
We offer multiple financing options tailored to each client: bank financing with partner entities, leasing, renting, or pay-as-you-save (PPA) models where no initial investment is needed. We study your particular case to recommend the option that best fits your cash flow and maximizes profitability.
